I was very hesitant to get my ESA letter online after all of the horror stories I had seen from people being denied after presenting false letters. Within a few hours after applying I received an ESA and my therapist was absolutely amazing. Between emailing her and certapet, I was able to get a custom form approved and faxed to my university in just two days! I absolutely love Certapet and will be a returning customer.

Certapet went above and beyond to help me in getting approval from my landlord for my Emotional Support Animal. At first my letter was denied and my landlord's lawyer continued to deny my claim several times. However, Certapet worked with me providing legal backup and continued dialogue with my landlord's lawyer until the issues were resolved and my letter was approved. I am so grateful to them and highly recommend there services!
