I had a great experience and yes I paid the extra fee for the forms required by my . My therapist was nothing but supportive and helpful the whole time. Thank you again for everything! I think it has a lot to do with who your therapist is and with anything the effort you put in is what your are going to get out.

This is second year that I’ve used certapet for my emotional support (2) dogs. I flew about 50 flights last year, never had a problem with my letter. Although some airlines want it sent to them with their paper work 48 hours in advance since July. You can still fly but it goes quicker at airport if you can follow 48 hour rule. Initially I had review questionnaire then spoke with therapist, I found her to be very kind in assessing my situation. I had to pay and fill out additional for 2nd dog. I had same therapist recently for renewal. I did have go through evaluation again pay for 2nd dog, I don’t mind, I feel like they want to make sure this is good for all. Points to note: I think it’s become harder to certify because additional rules being put in place by airline and housing. Certapet operates on very specific system they can’t deviate from. I.e.you can’t get letter without following to the t. Also it seems to me if you are argumentative and/or appear like you might cause issues on planes they might reject even if you have legit need because it might cause hassles later and it’s easier to say no. Overall I think they are a good company, that offers good and fair service for the money.

I can not express how much Certapet helped me. I truly needed an emotional support letter to travel. My t-cup yorkie had died in September, and I didn’t leave my house. I took her everywhere with me. Since getting my new dog, the change in me has been nothing short of extraordinary! I am now an active member of society again. It is a very thourough process to go through with a licensed doctor that see s you through the whole process. I can’t say enough about certapet. If I could give it 1,000 stars I would. So timely!! Everything went very smoothly and the letter we needed for housing was successful and sufficient for our landlord. Our property manager called the physician after seeing the letter and everything checked out. I would definitely recommend this to anyone in a pinch because the whole process is so efficient! I'm very please so far with Certapet. The personnel always willing to help the customer. Make me feel that they are a company to trust. It was recommended to me by a friend, and really appreciate her advise. No regreats. I hope that this begining with Certapet never ends. Pola my pet means a world to me. She came to rescue my life from a major depression I was going through a retirement. I became disable, and my life was miserable. God sent Pola to my life, and she was extremenly helpful to take me out of those depressions prescriptions that I used for longtime. Thanks to all personnel at Certapet.
