I have had a great experience with Certapet! They are the first ESA company I have went with, and I am happy with my choice. After doing a lot of research I decided to go with Certapet. My licensed therapist is Haley N. and she has helped me a lot with information regarding the Fair Housing Act, and Traveling Act. Though, you do have to talk on the phone (not a long period) which can be difficult for me, but she is easy to talk to. I am moving to college and I want to bring my now official ESA dog, though I ran into trouble with the apartment manager asking for information that is not legal. She helped me get through it, and at the end the manager has accepted me.

Certapet has an easy to use website and wonderful therapists. You can even save money by referring a friend! I highly recommend this website for anyone needing to certify their emotional support animal.

the process very fast, very punctual, and most importantly the great help they gave me to trust in me giving me a better quality of life with my puppy Micke. The company is reliable,professional, and real. I highly recommend it.

Hi, I usually don't write reviews but I have to do it at this time. Certapet is amazing. I just got my Keyon approved to be my ESA. I am so happy and can't be more thankful for Certapet and my assigned Therapist Laura Todaro. She was very nice and polite at the phone, and made possible to me to have my best friend with with at my Condo and now I can fly with him on any time. I am really happy with all certapet help including customer service that I called and left my number to call me back and less then 2 minutes they called me and helped me with my vest order.
