I did a lot of research before I decided where to get an ESA letter because I didn't want to end up being scammed. I decided to go with Certapet and I was not disappointed! I was assigned a therapist very quickly and she reached out to me and I got to schedule something literally the next day. She was so kind and understanding throughout the entire process and I had my letter within the hour that we had hung up the phone for our consultation. The letter was accepted, no questions asked by my apartment complex and I'm very excited to be able to take my cat where ever I decide to live with no hassles. If you're trying to figure out where to get an ESA letter from, this is it!! You will not be disappointed, Certapet is quick, efficient but also has amazing service. My one and only complaint (and it isn't really a complaint) would be that I signed up for the $14.99 a month payment plan when I couldn't afford to pay for it all at once and now I do have the money, I'd like to pay the balance so I don't have to worry about it anymore but this is not possible so I'm stuck paying $14.99 a month for a year. But still Certapet is an amazing company and provided exactly what they promised.

i am só glad I went through Certapet. I was about to give up after all the scams and lies I was put through time and time again. I found Certapet and thank god I now have my ESA letter and housing letter and it was so easy. I recommend them 100%.

Excellent and very fast turn around

I was definitely skeptical about getting an ESA letter online, but as someone without health insurance I thought it would be worth a try. It was a smooth and easy process, and it's actually legit. I just got back from a vacation with my pup and it couldn't have gone smoother. It was super easy to deal with the airlines and all the documents are 100% legit. I haven't had any issues at all, and you actually speak with a doctor on the phone who does your letter. I would totally recommend using certapet if you need an ESA and don't have access to seeing a doctor in person.

The initial process was thorough and the assigned therapist was wonderful. Also, I love that there is a monthly option to pay my ESA Certificate! After many months of dutifully paying for my ESA Certificate, I unexpectedly lost my job and reached out to a representative, Fabiola, to see if there was any deferment option until I'm back on my feet. Without any hesitation or question, Fabiola understood that these things happen and was able to assist. As I have since day 1, I will continue to refer everyone to CertaPet. My entire experience has been exceptional.
