I would like to personally compliment CertaPet, particularly Fabiola and her commitment to customer service. I was notified by my apartment complex that my dog was a restricted breed. I went to my Doctor to obtain an ESA letter which would have been $200 and I wouldn't have been able to obtain it without proof of training (which to my understanding is not required for ESA although some courts have differed in legal cases) nonetheless, Fabiola was able to help me expedite the process due to the emergency of the situation. It seemed like my doctor's office was more worried about liability than helping its patient. Thank you so much Fabiola. Considering the kind, expedient help I received from Fabiola (and Adrian at CertaPet, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention him) I would actually pay extra for expedited products considering the service I received today. CertaPet might want to consider offering that option.

For me this was an excellent experience! My nice referred me to Certapet and told me the good experience she had dealing with them. I was a little skeptical to be honest, but I decided to do it anyways. I was traveling within the next three days! I submitted my evaluation and in less than 24 hours I received a call from a therapist( Ebony W.) She was able to approve me right away based on my condition. I have to say that I would have to give Ebony no less than a 5 star rating based on the response time, curtesy and her ability to understand and work with my needs. Thanks to Ebony I was able to get my ESA letter before my flight, and I was able to flight with no problems.

Certapet was great. It got everything completed within 48 hours and the process wasn't confusing like some other websites. I filled out a detailed survey and a therapist was assigned to me. I got an email after the survey, and then received a call the next day to follow up and go over any questions. I was even able to text my therapist cause I missed her first call when I was at work and she was on the phone when I called back, I texted her and got a call within 5 minutes. Very glad for this as I am new to owning an emotional support animal and was worried as I am looking to move during this year and may end up at an apartment that doesn't allow animals. This helped take some anxiety away from the situation.
