I would give 10 stars if I could. Everyone is so helpful and makes this process stress free I need to travel with my ESA. I never have to worry. If there is an issue I text my dr or call customer service and it’s resolved immediately. I can’t say enough good things about Certa pet. I travel with my dog and never get hassled by airlines. Once I submit my paperwork to airlines the process is easy.
