CertaPet made the process easy! The questionnaire was detailed and within a day, I talked to a psychologist over the phone. She even sent me extra resources to help with some of the reasons I need a support animal. I definitely recommend this company!

I loved my therapist that Certapet contracted for me thru their website!! My emotional support animal ( small 6 lb dog) has been allowed to fly on the plane with me!! The Certapet system walks you through what to do to get the certificate and helps to complete the forms for each airline, as needed!! Thanks you to the wonderful staff at Certapet- I would have not thought the process could be so easy- especially because I suffer from acute anxiety and was nervous to seek help!!

If you are in need of ESA certification for your kids, I highly recommend you speaking with CertaPets. They have helped me with my two little girls. They will talk with you, get to know you and your pets and will do everything they can to assist you with your needs. I love my counselor because she listens and truly cares about me.
