Don’t you love working with companies who know what customer service is? That are fast, efficient and have a great knowledge base. They keep me up to date in this rapidly changing business which is open to so many fake claims that it destroys it for those who really need this service. Bravo Certapet airlines are now tightening the criteria.

I used Certa pet last year and I did travel with my cat from the USA to Europe and North Africa, smooth flight and no questioning whatsoever, as I planned my trip back this year, I renew my documents and the people of Certa are amazing, they are fast and quick, my Therapist happen to be the same Miss Brown was fantastic, what a Service 5 stars not enough Thank you for tacking all my headache and anxiety when I travel. My pet is everything but Certa for sure made it more easy.

I can wholeheartedly say the positive reviews are 100 percent accurate. The customer service is exceptional. I am so thankful that I chose this company after many hours of research. They truly do match state to state (based on your location and the licensure of the mental health professional). The licensed counselor that I spoke with was very understanding, an exceptional listener and had a sincere sensitivity to my background. I received my ESA letter within an hour after our phone conversation. I am very thankful for this company and the licensed professional that I spoke with. Together they provide a very valuable service.

The initial screening was quick and easy Communication was caring and responsive throughout the process. It is difficult to talk about deeply personal issues, especially with a "stranger" by phone. But the therapist who contacted me, Prairie Conoly, made the process easier. I strongly recommend CertaPet to anyone who wants to be able to be able to keep their special pet with them especially under stressful situations.
