Customer Service is fast and efficient. I had a great experienced. Accidentally charged myself for the Housing letter + travel, and they refunded me that and downgraded me to the one I wanted. The funds will take 10 days to return, but that was fine with me. Speedy and efficient, funny, and caring. Great experience.

The online process prior to the consultation is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. You can even upload a pic of your lovable pet for the therapist to see!

Certapet makes the process of obtaining an Emotional Support Pet certification as easy as possible. I went online and completed their assessment. That was painful because if really delves into your background and issues. I had some questions that I asked through their online chat. Then I had some questions and called their number to speak with someone. I was called back within a few minutes after I left my message. I had an issue with trying to upload the customized form that the airline required so I emailed them the form. Their tech person was able to make the form uploadable. I uploaded that form and even though it says they will complete it within 2 days I got the form back in a few hours. All in all, their response time is terrific. Prior to starting this process, I fretted about it. Certapet and their team made the process as easy and painless as possible.
