I must admit I was a little weary of CertaPet because of the number of ESA scam sites and fake ‘registries’ but after communicating with two different members of staff, who both answered my questions promptly and kindly, I moved forward with the process. The doctor I was put in touch with was lovely and both the online process and the interview were smooth running and uncomplicated. I am glad to have found certapet and will definitely use them in the future. Highly recommended.

Certapet sets the bar for service, caring, and quick help. I had received an eviction notice due to my two senior dogs (one is 15 years of age) when my apartment complex acquired new ownership. I was preparing to live in my car with them, but Certapet saved me. I was recommended to certapet by a friend because I have two cats who I love dearly and are for my emotional support.
