Certapet is an amazing service! I needed help getting my new dog ESA certified because of constant panic attacks while driving and flying. I had noticed that since having little Mia they seem to be much less. Once I took the initial survey the therapist quickly called me and was so helpful not only in helping get Mia certified but also with alternative ideas and therapies to help with my panic attacks. After two years of having Certapet on our side Mia and I can now successfully navigate all travel situations and I have the confidence to drive again. I don't know what we would have done with out this service! Also their customer service is amazing, they are always so responsive understanding and helpful!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bella at CertaPet went above and beyond in helping me get my ESA. Even after my consultation and official letter, my landlord made this process hellish to get an animal permitted on the premises. After nearly a month of back and forth, my furry companion is finally coming home tomorrow! A huge thank you to the entire CertaPet team for sticking through this with me and making this a reality during such a difficult time. I was skeptical so after extensive research I felt pretty good but I decided to call them. Bella answered my call and was very helpful and reassuring. I was assigned to Doctor Ann Brown and she was very kind to me and validating. I got my letter in one day and I feel so much more at ease.

After researching quite a few companies, I chose Certapet. I'm so glad I did. I signed up late Wednesday night and called the next day to see when I would be scheduled. I was told 48 business hours. Well, my anxiety kicked in and I called back and spoke with Bella. I explained what I was going through and she was so sweet and empathetic. She said she would get me assigned to someone asap. Wonderful and personable customer service!! Bam! I received an email from a local therapist, made the appt and had the consultation. I decided during the call that I would want to continue with this therapist and am making arrangements!! This really is a great service and now I'm just trying to find my new best friend :) The therapist doesnt HAVE to be in your state btw - they just need to be licensed in your state. Certapet knows their stuff!! 100% recommendation from me!

Certapet was wonderful and easy to work with. Everything was very thorough and easy to complete. I am very happy with the process for obtaining my ESA certificate for my dog.

I was weary of Certapet at first. I went through another ESA provider site that I paid over $100 that turned out to be a scam. (I won’t name names lol) For the other provider I answered an online questionnaire and was immediately emailed a letter. No contact with a counselor or anything like that. What I liked about certapet is that I was assigned an actual therapist, we had an actual therapy session for 45 minutes, and she was able to grant me my ESA for anxiety and depression. My apartments had no issues accepting it. I got it in October of last year so I am up for renewal here shortly. My therapist has also kept in contact with me during this whole Covid fiasco, checking on me and offering me her services. I will be purchasing again. Thank you for all the help!
