Very easy and exciting experience. I was easily approved for two ESAs since I was able to show I am already diagnosed with multiple mental health conditions that I receive treatment for. This company connects you with a licensed therapist who provides you with a legitimate letter that your landlord must accept. My landlord accepted my letters with no issues :)

I've been a client with Certapet for 3 years now, and the process is incredibly straightforward and streamlined. The customer service is excellent, and the staff respond to all email questions quickly and clearly. I was especially pleased to receive a follow-up email a couple days after submitting a question, making sure that my questions had been answered. The Certapet community is also very supportive and provides a great deal of helpful resources. I highly recommend!
