Zoreyna was really helpful. Unfortunately I won't able to use the ESA letter at a hotel we're staying in but I had already paid for it. I hadn't done the assessment needed nor talk to a therapist, I had just purchased the letter but because I wasn't going to be able to use it, I asked for a refund. No questions asked, Zoreyna issued the refund and was quick to respond to my emails. Thank you. I first requested the letter back in 2017(?) and the service was great too, the letter allowed my dog to live with me and stayed at hotels that are dog friendly.

Extraordinary experience! Probably the best company I had the pleasure to work with in the past ten years. Customer service is excellent. Prompt and professional. Cerapet provides a valuable service and they keep up with all policy changes by government and airlines.

It started like bad experience but ended wonderful. I required a custom form and after couple days they let me know my first therapist wasn’t working with them and need a new assessment and my letter again. At this point I was upset because I had to renew my letter 2 months before, but it was explained to me I will have a refund for those months. After I submitted the initial assessment my mental health professional was assigned almost immediately, contacted me the same day and had my letter and custom form in like two days. I have to say I’m very happy with customer support.

I can't say enough about how quickly and efficient my process was to have two of my pets certified as housing ESA's. And the therapist was extremely kind, supportive and insightful. Thank you, Certapet! Steve
