It couldn't have been quicker, more easy to follow, yet thorough! I was very impressed with the assessment and interview process. My best friend died two months ago, and his siblings are allergic to cats, so my boyfriend has been fostering her while I looked for the most accurate, legitimate, and legally binding ESA certification, as I am between mental health providers. They include an additional, free, personalized plan for your pet along with the letter, and make themselves very easy to get in touch with after the process if needed. It was a life saver for me, making sure I didn't have to adopt her out to strangers. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!

Found the CertaPet process extremely convenient for my particular situation. Even on a holiday weekend, I got great customer service and timely responses. The therapist I was assigned was equally as helpful and quick! I specifically needed an ESA housing letter, and it was approved by my apartment.
