I was hesitant to use an online service such as this but the positive reviews are on point. Their follow up from any questions I had was excellent. I’ve been a client for 3 years now and I honestly don’t have a single complaint. Highly recommend!

Certapet has been amazing! Firstly the process is quick and easy, but the health professionals really take the time to make sure you’re ok and being well taken care of. I have a pitbull and he’s my anxiety dog. No one can tell me I can’t have him now. Overall, amazing experience!

The whole process was great. I've been trying to get my psychiatrist and counselor to help me with a few things (ESA letter being one of them) and they have refused and keep passing me off on each other. It's about time something goes right for me. I really appreciate CertaPet. They have helped me so much. My baby is too little to be a travel ESA now but I'll definitely add that when she's trained and old enough.

I used CertaPet to certify my dog as an ESA so that I could travel with her when flying to visit my parents. During Covid, ESAs were restricted from flights but luckily CertaPet also offers evaluations for Psychiatric Service Dogs. The process for both was super easy, my assigned therapist was very friendly and understanding, and customer service is also great! I am so happy I found CertaPet!
