This program is great. Very easy process. Great therapist. I've had same lady for 3 years and she is wonderful. They have helped to keep my babies with me without issue. Recommend for everyone.

The therapist is so great. She reaches out all the time to check up on us and helps us with the process. I have had no problems getting places to accept my letter as well and I’ve moved three times

Over the last few years I've used certa pet to help me with my esa animal needs and they have been absolutely amazing. The recertification process is long but so worth it and they make sure the process is easy to understand. Very straightforward and the therapists are very helpful.
