Certa-Pet is wonderful! I have an ESA, a sweet cat I rescued off the street in Cape Canaveral, Florida. This cat truly rescued me…Certa-Pet helped me every step of the way, for 2 consecutive years. They send emails updating me about any changes in the law. My telephone interview with the therapist was good; she was very compassionate and professional and kind. I highly recommend Certa-Pet. They’re the “real thing.”

Certapet was professional and made it very easy for me to speak with a doctor and get an ESA for my dog. The process was quick and painless and I had everything completed within a week! I have recommended them to many friends.

CertaPet is great! Very trustworthy and super helpful. The therapists are so kind and you can tell they really care its not just a box to check for them. I have used them for 4 years now and had great experiences each time. The only hiccup I have had was when I moved states. It took a little longer than I had hoped to get my profile updated and my new letter issued, but other than that it has been pain free experiences!
