I've been with Certapet for 6 years now and have been living hassle free ever since! My dog is my world and she shouldn't cost extra to live with me, nor be told she cannot travel with me for any given reason at any given time. I need this furry thing just as much as she needs me. My therapist is wonderful and very well educated. This company stays up to date with all the news and laws. I love reading the newsletters that come out so I stay educated as well.

This company has been such a godsend, for my dog and I. It may sound pathetic to some people, but my dog is my life. My dog is just like family to me. No amount of extra curricular activities, friendships, or counseling, can provide what my dog provides. Not everyone is blessed with a large family, or lucky enough to have family around them all the time. My dog has helped me through some really tough moments. This company has enabled me to see that I have a right to my dog. For some people, having a dog, is integral for being healthy mentally. The therapeutic benefits of a pet, have been widely studied. Landlords and airline companies just don't understand. In many cities it's so hard to find an affordable apartment that allows pets. I would recommend this company to anyone. They have real, legitimate therapists that contact you regarding issues you may have. The other thing that I appreciate about the company is, they stay up to date about all the current laws with psychiatric service dogs and emotional pets. It really helps.

I'm not one to write reviews but when you find a company that is helping to make people's lives happier and a little easier you can't pass it up. I am so glad I found this company probably almost 10 years ago.! This is the 2nd dog I've had go through Certapet. The customer service all the way to the appointment with the counselor runs so smooth. The staff is pleasant and always willing to help you with questions.

Such a fast process!!! After waiting months to hear back from a therapist near me I looked into Certapet and I am so glad I did!!! I know have an ESA letter and am living with my cat! If you’re on the fence about it then DO IT!!!
