Certapet was great to deal with and I felt provided the most credible certification. They were very helpful, responsive, understanding and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking EAS certification.

My ability to receive guidance, counseling and certification for my PSA has been exceptional. Traveling on planes is therefore straight forward and very rewarding.

Was a bit confusing to navigate at first, and I’m still waiting on my pups vest and ID card, but overall this is a great company!! My therapist, Ebonie Walker was very efficient and professional!

I have used Certapet since 2019 and I am so glad I found them. I was really nervous about getting my dog certified as an ESA - I wasn't sure about the process, the legitimacy, and the cost. They set me up with a phenomenal therapist who is kind and compassionate and it did not cost me a million dollars. 10/10 would recommend!
