I had been receiving help from my hmo for my disability; but in spite of the beliefs of more than one therapist/psychiatrist, that a service animal would be highly beneficial; the hmo does not have policy in place to prescribe service dogs. My hmo doctor recommended Certapet to me. I have had some of the best therapy from my treating CP doctor that I’ve ever had. It has made an enormous impact on my health & mobility. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has a true disability. Please do not try to use this company for some type of “free pass” for your pet. That behavior diminishes the access to people who have documented, severe needs.

This company helped me certify my loving house cat as a emotional support animal so I could successfully register him in my apartment complex saving me time and money!

Such a great experience! Really easy and I love the therapist that was assigned to me. She is super sweet. Would recommend if you’re wanting an ESA letter or something else off of this site.
