It was a good experience overall. The form to fill out is fairly lengthy but that’s expected. After filling out the form the certificate came in the mail pretty quickly. The process itself is simple.

I’ve been using Certa Pet for almost three years now. As someone who takes my mental health very serious and the protection of my dog very seriously Certa Pet is an absolute all-around great experience and so is my doctor. She totally understands everything that I’ve gone through and still continue to go through with on a daily basis and how much my dog has made a huge impact on my mental health and getting him certified and trained to help me when I feel like at my lowest and tremendous amounts of an anxiety. I cannot give this five star zo because the only thing that really rubs me the wrong way is I feel like after being on here for almost 3 years I should be getting a discount for referrals and being a continuous client to use Certa Pet the correct way. $150 is pricey every year it’s definitely not out of the water or cheap but I feel like it should go down in price just a little bit if you have been using it for more than a couple of years . Overall I’m satisfied with the service and the help and the seriousness and the joy that having a service dog has brought to my life. I also wish there was an app and hope that is in the works for the near future I will continue to love Certa Pet and represent them!

Great company. They were there when I needed them to help travel with my ESA and when I needed documents for housing. Relatively in expensive for the service I got. They also keep me up to date on laws that are changing with ESA's
