I've traveled with my dog multiple times and had no problem. They never questioned my letter at all. She sat on my lap and took naps. Customer Service helped me when I lost my letter and I was able to make my flight. I highly recommend Certapet!!!

I got my ESA letter from CertaPet he process is simple and fast I have been using them for three to four years now. My appointments are always at the convenience of me the Doctor is straight to the point and there when and if the landlord ever needs more information. However, most rental places in Texas use a third party system that this letter gets screened by and uploaded to for them to verify the integrity of it and I never had a problem with anything on either side. This place is awesome!

I suggested we try CertaPet. We have used CertaPet for 4 years after my husbands surgeon recommended a pet to reduce his anxiety and high blood pressure. I have had many dogs but this one changed my husbands life. CertaPet made it possible to keep enjoying his life with me.
