The 5 start excellent review is for Neeah. She was so helpful, prompt, and knowledgeable. Certapet wasn't helpful in answering their phones but Neeah was so helpful via email. She needs a raise or promotion because she's the good in certapet customer service. As far as certapet in general... It's expensive, their customer service isn't open for good times for Central and Eastern time but they don't answer their phones even when their open..

I was very impressed with CertaPet. After researching many companies that claim to do what CertaPet does, I was skeptical and worried that I was being scammed. Everyone I spoke with from CertaPet, whether through email or on the phone, was not only helpful but professional and eager to answer my questions. I appreciated all of the patience that was offered to me as I navigated the process. The assessment was thorough but not difficult to complete. I was blown away at how quickly I was approved! I took my time to diligently research my options (trust me, none compare to CertaPet) so I was in somewhat of a time crunch before I had to sign my new lease. After speaking with Clara, she stated she could reach out to the therapist reviewing my assessment and let her know my case was time sensitive. I kid you not, 30 minutes later I received the email stating I was approved! I highly recommend CertaPet to anyone in need of a service like this!

CertaPet provides a professional, thorough assessment to determine your candidacy for an emotional support animal. The price was reasonable and the letter provided what I needed to keep my animal with me as I moved into an apartment complex with breed restrictions. Certapet has been very professional, efficient, and has surpassed my expectations. I am so happy my cat has an ESA certification now. I will be moving soon and the apartments do not allow pets. Giving him up or rehoming him was not an option. I need him and he needs me. I will recommend this company to anyone that is looking for something relative to it.
