CEOFLIGHTS – Cheap Business Class FlightsReviews of ceoflights.com

Thankful to Manu Alps & happy with his service who was very helpful & professional he goes out of his way to give good options & alternatives with lots of patience , he is prompt in responding & returning calls. Thank you

I booked (with Travis) two round-trip Business Class tickets to the Philippines for a one-year stay. He explained that the return flight could only be booked six months out from the outbound flight and promised that CEOFLIGHTS would "rebook" that flight when we were 6-7 months out - with only a $300/ticket change fee. We reached that point and when I contacted Travis, he responded that the rebooking was no longer an option (due to changes "by Philippine Airlines"). Our return flight was worthless (unless we used it as originally booked and returned home halfway through our one-year stay.) We had to pay an additional $3,100 for our return flight. (EVA Air Business class - Manila to Phoenix.) Austin (Manager at CEO) reached-out and was very helpful in getting us to that point, so I give him credit for that. Granted our original reservation was out of the ordinary (with the one year stay), but I feel like a company should stand 100% behind their "product" and promised service. I don't have a complete grasp of the industry, but still.....

Alexis has been very responsive and helpful with all the ticketing for us. She has been super available at all hours even though she is based out of Europe. The pricing is very reasonable for Business Class. Hoping the flights will be good experiences as well. Also hope our seat selection can be made in advance of the flights...

Trinity Torre is our agent. Every day she diligently watched the EVA flight to Vietnam to snap up one of the business seats as soon as it became available. I felt she was as invested in getting the seat as we were and we very much appreciated the time she spent to get that seat. Besides, she is kind and patient and was careful to keep us informed which lessened our anxiety that we might not get the seat.

Casper is personable and informative. He listens to the situation of the customer. He cares about completing the transaction in a professional manner.

Very good service.

Trinity is, as always, amazing!!!! She was patient with me when we had to change dates, and returned with the best price she could find! She also made sure that my situation was eligible for the flights she had found. I have shared her contact with others, hopefully she will get many opportunities to make others as happy as we are!

Trinity was very responsive, knowledgeable, efficient and very pleasant. She got us very good flights across the Pacific at a very good price.
