Worst company I’ve ever done business with. Booked my international business class flight. When I got to the airport, I couldn’t get on the flight without paying almost another $6000 due to their mistake. They promised me they’d correct it and I’d get my money back. That was over three months ago. Still nothing the stories keep changing they take no responsibility. Would not recommend them to anyone absolute disaster.

just got back from my trip to abuja with turkish airlines. this was the worst and most humiliating experience of my life my flight got delayed on the way going and i missed my next flight. i spent 2 days in istanbul. my baggage was broken into and the stole designer bags and perfuems i paid for ticket and luggage protection and ceoflights promised me it would help but they asked me to get back to turkish airlines as they service does not cover it which is RIDICLOUS!!. i tried to change my return date on the way back and they asked for 1500 dollars to pay for exchange when i paid for free exchange their add ons does not help you in any way!!! waste of money. not to mention they ask you to take selfies with your card and passport to issue the ticket as if it is an interview. a complete joke

25 days before the trip the return was changed. No explanation. I wanted to cancel but may not have got another flight. Swiss air was nice. Air Asia was terrible. 1st part of the flight no business class, no tv,no charging, no lie flat chair. Then a layover in New Delhi approximately 8 hours.

Unfortunately, during the busy holiday season, the only options the airline could offer were an itinerary with close to 8 hours’ layover in Delhi or a full refund. We are saddened to hear about your Bangkok–Delhi flight experience. Although we worked diligently to secure the best solution for you, there really weren’t any better alternatives other than opting for a refund and booking a more expensive return flight with different carriers. Should you have any further questions or concerns, please reach out directly—we’re here to help in any way possible.

I would give them a minus star !!! Funny how I can’t complain to BBB ! 6 days of going back and forth ! They offered me two flights the first time . I picked one and after booking a day later oh we lost the fare so your booking is void . Second time EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED .only after waiting for two days because no one was answering phones for a day and the agent Travis was observing a holiday . So after that 2 days I’m told we lost the fare AGAIN ! Mind you this was after being offered it and booking it !! Third time was the charm here I got a flight . I book it and later I get sent an email please approve the 300 dollar increase on top of what we initially offered you ! Not only did I cancel , I called another company ! 15 min later I’m booked , great price and ZERO BS . DO NOT use this company they are truly worthless !!! 6 days of nightmares with them !
