I booked flights in April for October and November with Andromeda. Following up a week before our first flight Andromeda was not available so Noah, a Manager, took over and confirmed our itinerary. Not sure Andromeda still works there because Noah continued to work our account through issue of the outbound boarding passes. Noah seems genuinely interested in providing excellent service and followthrough.

Jim put together a set of options that were spot on. It was disappointing that the preferred option was retracted by the airline after we submitted payment details. I did appreciate the quickness a new set of options were prepared.

friendly and efficient customer service provided by Athenna, just like before. A mix up occured by CEO flights regarding the price of the ticket because the ticket purchase was outside the 24 hr limit as I understand it. Since I am dealing with my Travel agent/CEO flights in Manila and a 13hr time difference I found it petty and annoying to have to now pay $800 more or change flight dates which caused me great inconvenience regarding lodging and family travelling to meet me in Hamburg. Good communication. An issue occurred during ticketing causing several days delay but it all got figured out.
