I had some difficulties at the airport and was very upset. However, Manu Alps stuck with me all the way, resolving the problem with a pretty good outcome. I very much appreciated his constant help and support and because of this I will be using CEOFlights again!

Lionel worked very hard to find flights for my trip to Singapore and Hong Kong. I did book with him, but I didn't get the significant discounts that I expected to get using a consolidator. Most of the prices offered to me were nearly identical with booking directly with the airlines. I do appreciate his efforts and his responsiveness.

Outstanding service offered by our agent Rufus Kent. He was always available to answer our questions and patiently navigate our way through the process. He is an outstanding person representing CEO flights. We will seek his advice in the future for both domestic and international travel. CEO flights will be our choice in the future for air travel. Great communication is what you’ll get from Rufus Kent and like he said, “ We’re here for you after the tickets are issued.” That’s what we call great communication skills and exceptional service.
