I can't get my refund but i just cancel…
I can't get my refund but i just cancel my subscription before the 3 days trial. Centrobill said it is a free trial for 3 days, then i start my free trial last night and i cancel it afterwards that time only. but after they got my credits it is supposed to be refunded like every free trial scenarios but i get no refunds. Pls help.

AMOUNT WRONGLY CHARGED FOR FREE TRAIL PERIOD
FREE TRAIL PERIOD I HAD SUBSCRIBED FOR A FREE TRAIL PERIOD USING MY DEBIT CARD AND TWO AMOUNT Of USD 29.99, I.E USD 59.98 WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT, AND I HAVE NOW CANCELLED THE SUBSCRIPTION WITHIN THE TRAIL PERIOD... NOW I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY REFUND FOR THE TRANSACTION... KINDLY PLEASE INFORM ME THE REASON FOR THE SAME...

Hi Ankit, We do not charge for free trial subscriptions, but rather instruct your bank to reserve an amount on your card. Since both your trials were canceled on time, we immediately instructed your bank to release the amounts held. That was on September 21st, we have a solid trace of these requests at our acquiring bank and can provide proof upon request. Please kindly call your bank and ask them about these two authorizations. Based on how your bank's statement works, there may be no new "refund" transactions shown but rather just the authorizations are canceled. Regards, Centrobill Team

I need to know urgently
I need to know urgently if I have any membership with centrobill, since you try to subscribe to a service from you but my card was rejected, the money charged for the attempt was automatically returned but I want to know if I subscribed to something that can take my money away automatically when I click on my bank accounts. Still waiting... would like a refund
I subscribed to a premium snap over 4 days ago now. The ‘influencer’ states to allow them 48 hours to add you back so that we can view the content. This has not happened, and I am still waiting. This has completely put me off and I no longer wish to be subscribed and would like a refund please. Especially seeing as I have seen 0 content. Very disappointed

Absolute trash.
Only got 1 star because I couldn’t give 0... purchased a FREE trial and I was charged for a membership. Went to cancel my membership and it tells me that I’m not using the correct email when I was looking at the damn account with the email in front of me... very displeased. Also did not receive ANY sort of content because it said it was never charged... bank account says otherwise. Probably taking this to court. Absolutely ridiculous

I've bought a premium snapchat almost 3 days ago. Haven't got the deals I paid for which included snapchat premium groups and Dropboxes. I contacted support yesterday got one response and none after that. Please can I get some assistance.
