Okay so let me tell you I like the little guy they tend to do better business than the big guy. Erik and Brian are great . Y'all need to know these two guy rock. Give them a raise haha JK . They have great personal skills super kind hearted took my needs into account made me feel welcome thank you for a great experience centric fiber. I've been with them since November I was one of the first move-ins here literally my wife my baby and I can all be streaming at the same time and still get wonderful service not to put a bad name on the big guy but AT&t come on get it together. I put the date below because that's today but I've had the service for a while Thanks for great service guys Robbie

Mackenzie Weaver was EXTREMELY helpful. I had an issue with my connectivity in my new home. The crew was working outside for two days. I had not received any notification that I was online. Mackenzie looked into it and VOILA I was connected! She helped me through renaming the wifi and password. Very happy Centric Fiber customer doing my internet dance now!!
