If I could give Connor Chadwick a 10, I would. I have spent two months trying to get my printer to work with the Centric Network--consulting all the usual suspects, Apple, Hewlett/Packard,Google..... Today I tried calling Centric for assistance. Not only was Connor friendly, professional and knowledgeable, he went the extra mile with me and always remained patient when troubleshooting efforts failed. Finally, a miracle. We were able to establish a connection. And for the first time in two months I am able to print on my HP Smart 5100 Series. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Connor is voted my MVP for computer services.

My experience with Centric Fiber was EXCEPTIONAL because of Makenzie Weaver. I experienced some difficulty transferring service within the same complex. Makenzie would not leave our phone call until I was completely satisfied with the internet connection. It was her unhesitating ability to not only commit to the problem but to fix the issue in question. Makenzie is the type of person all companies attempt to employ but don't always accomplish their goal. She is a dedicated individual and deserving of any customer's gratitude. Thank you, Makenzie.
