Amazing customer service by our tech Raul, he was very knowledgeable and helpful setting up our fiber service, so far the fiber service is amazing and no issues.

Makenzie was an absolute angel today!!!! I cannot thank her so much for working with the technician and getting my house on schedule for service. I work from home and was stressing so much because I wasn’t sure how I was going to wait until the 9th to get my service set up. She went out of her way to call for me and got Andrew to come out.
