Ryan was more than helpful; he went out of his way to make sure our Wi-Fi got connected. He was very professional over the phone! He explained the process and said if we had any ongoing issues to please reach out to him. I called and left a msg w/Cindy Trevino, I also emailed her and didn't get a response back from her. Ryan stepped right in and got my services connected.

Seriously Makenzie was the BEST! She did everything in her power to figure out what the issue was and stayed on top of it until it was resolved. It took 2 weeks due to weather and other factors but she made sure to keep in contact the entire time. Raul was a huge help as well, when they couldn’t get my line activated he gave me his hotspot.

Customer service was friendly, knowledgeable and quick to provide the service requested. It was a pleasure to actually speak with a representative on the first call and complete the business at hand. Call it old school, but it was great!
