Worst company I have ever worked with in my life. They were hired by Rocky Mountain UTV to deliver my accessories. They have had my items for 11 days and it has been sitting 3 hrs away for the last 8 days. They keep telling me it will ship next day, only to find they don't have anyone servicing my area. The items have travelled from Utah to Denver to Kansas City to Sioux Falls and now stuck in Rapid City for a week. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Also, Rocky Mountain won't let me cancel order

I'd give them a negative rating if possible. WORST LTL trucking company in the world. Lost a pallet in 5 hours time. And then deny the claims none stop as play the you don't have the correct information card. Hope their trucks run on roads of nails. WORST ... DO NOT SHIP WITH THEM

If you want consistent delays, poor customer service, a complete disregard for your business and the products you're trusting them with, then central transport is the perfect company for you. I have no idea how they're still in business.

Horrible communication and they will straight up lie to you. Was supposed to receive my flooring shipment 3 days ago but they had my address wrong for shipping on the BOL. When it got corrected they never contacted me with an updated delivery date. So I went online and they had updated the BOL to be delivered the next day but had no time frame listed. After being put on hold FOREVER I finally hung up the phone and sent an email. They emailed back and said it was never scheduled for that day ...yes it was...I had a screenshot copy of the BOL. I go back to their website and now BOL is updated to the next day...but still I am never informed of anything...I have to search for the information on my own.Still no time frame...so I ask again...when and what time is this being delivered...Oml..then I get an email saying I never confirmed ...seriously. .and was told that they had called several numbers and left messages..NO THEY DID NOT!!!...so then I get a time frame for today between 10 and 2 so I go to the jobsite and wait again for hours just like I did the first day...no show! I look at the BOL online and time says now between 11 and 1.. oh, well ok..it is 3 so where is the dang truck? I am NOT gonna sit on hold forever againa so I email and wait...then I get an email that says driver is delayed and it will be between 6:30 and 7:30. We'll thank you because now I am going to miss my grand daughters ball game that starts at 6:30...arghhhh!!!!..and nobody could have told me earlier . So I email back and told them I was going home for a couple of hours and they needed to make sure the driver has my phone number so I can get there in time to meet him ( or he will be the one waiting for me)...well it was the FIRST time they did something right because as soon as I pulled in my drive the driver called and said he was nearly there...at about 5. Not 6:30-7:30 like the lady said so there was no point in me even driving back home just to turn and go straight back. Their communication skills are the WORST I have ever dealt with in a company and they will flat lie to you about things that you can prove otherwise. The next time I place an order and find out this company will handle the delivery I will cancel it. ***But on a positive note the driver was a really nice guy and he did an excellent job!

I’ve been waiting for three days for my delivery that was scheduled to be delivered at any time between 10 and two or nine and one or sometime before the end of the day. Still waiting for delivery horrible service. I don’t think you can buy flooring from Home Depot because they use this company to get it to you. Had to cancel my flooring installation for tomorrow because it still has not arrived.

Apparently this delivery company is a “curb side” service. I ordered flooring from Home Depot and I received my order, a pallet of flooring at the street of my house. I called central transport and they said “we are a curbside delivery service” and could care less that I have a pallet of flooring wrapped in clear plastic wrap at the street of my home. Horrible horrible customer care!!!!!!!!

Don't ever use Central Transport!! I had a one pallet picked up on the 13th of May and as of May 28th they could not give me an answer on when they would deliver my pallet. They told me that they tried to deliver my pallet on Friday the 22nd but the place was closed. I told them if they look at the BOL it is stated that we are closed on Fridays. I had to hire a driver and drive 350 miles round trip to pick up my pallet plus rent a cargo van. They really didn't seem to care that they had my plant down and I laid my crew off until I received my material. Very poor Customer Service and never did receive a call back at the times I was promised. They really need a negative Star..
