Wish thre was an option to leave negative stars for this company. After going for years with no issues with my prior company, my plan was no longer available and I had to change. It has been nothing but one issue after another since the beginning of the year, and not getting better. You name it ... whatever kind of issues can arise with online pharmacy, I've had it. They'be told me my doctor canceled prescriptions (they vehemently deny having done so and certainly no reason to do so); prescriptions that are on auto-refill are not filled; medications they say have been shipped never arrive. I went for years with not one issue ... I must now be hyper-vigilent or risk going without needed medications for several days while they sort out mistakes. Use them at your own peril!

I receive approximately $85,000 worth of medication through center Wells pharmacy on an annual basis. I continuously have difficulties with one particular medication, a none scheduled/non-narcotic sleeping medication. It's on auto refill but they don't pursue getting a new refill from my physician until the actual prescription is due to be filled. This causes a minimum 5-day delay in reaching out to the doctor getting the prescription to center well and getting it into their system, then another 5 to 10 days before I receive it at my home. This is a SLEEPING medication, if I don't have it I'll sleep 2 hours and wake up every 2 hours thereafter. To me, it's ridiculous since this is a continuous medication on auto refill that they don't contact the position after they fill the 90-day supply so they have the next prescription in their system. I also have to frequently ask for onshore support because I cannot communicate with the overseas people, I have also found that they on several occasions have not done what they said they were going to do to resolve a prescription issue. I don't know why anything that receives Medicare dollars is outsourced from the usa. I'm 61 years old and cannot even imagine what somebody in their '80s or '90s would be experiencing with this system the way it's set up. We are dealing with in many cases life-saving medications but center will runs their business as if they're selling rubber band widgets. Very unsatisfied and I would not really recommend them for anyone. If I could they would get a ZERO. I am since transferred my prescription to the local Walgreens.

If there was an option to provide zero stars, I would have checked that. My prescription is now three weeks late and I continue to be told that it will be filled in 24 hours and have been told that each of the last four times I have called over the last week alone. Asked to speak with a customer service representative and all I get is a voice message for Randy Gomez, guess he’s too busy to answer the phone because he’s fielding all the other angry customers. Pathetic Service. I highly recommend that you redirect your prescriptive requirements through any other company than this one.

Worst customer service and online process I have ever experienced. It has taken 4 months to understand why I'm unable to renew monthly prescriptions online, every time I call I get a different answer from the customer service rep, and waste about 45 min of my time on each call. It shouldn't be this hard! Really basic stuff! I'm told a ticket is generated (and escalated), but I'm never given a ticket # and when I ask to speak with a supervisor, the rep refuses to transfer my call to a manager. As soon as I can find another fulfillment solution I am taking my prescription orders elsewhere. How does this company survive?!!

CenterWell is the most incompetent pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Their app is rarely accurate, and it typically takes four or five phone calls over several days just to get my prescriptions mailed. I would not use them at all if my insurance carrier did not require it.

Well, for the 4th time this year, my PCP has entered Centerwell prescriptions with multiple refills. And for the 4th time, Centerwell shows no refills on these prescriptions. I have tried to get an answer from Centerwell staff on why this is happening but to no avail. I think 4 tries is enough before I surrender and move my prescriptions to another provider. The convenience of mail order does not make up for the constant need to stay on top of orders and reorder prescriptions that have zero refills.

I have several issues with Centerwell Specialty Pharmacy. First, your call is always answered by an individual with limited English speaking skills, and they are reluctant to move your call to the proper help until it is completely clear to all that other assistance is needed. Secondly, my doctor's office called in a different prescription volume than what I have normally used over the past 10+ years. After receiving this order, I spoke to one of their pharmacists who commented that she was surprised that they didn't catch that change based on my past usage. But when I called about the return and refund of my $345 copay, it was all the physician's fault and no accountability on their part, they would not give me my copay back. They suggested I donate the medicine or throw it away...what wonderful customer support. Absolutely the last time they see any prescription orders for me...and, they were charging $95 more than Publix, who is filling my replacement order! Good riddance.

This has to be the worst mail order pharmacy ever. I'm signed up for auto refill but every time there is a problem. My auto refill says my prescriptions can be filled on one date but when I check it just says processing and it'll say that for days. Then I look again and it tells me one prescription was canceled totally unacceptable and inaccurate. I hope in October I could sign up with a different company. Center well pharmacy website is so difficult to follow. It would be wise for them to take a lesson from Optum. This is just too frustrating and time-consuming, not to mention that the "live chat" never really answers the question!!
