I had a prescription for an antibiotic and it has been 2 weeks and still no antibiotic. Supposedly the post office has had it for 5 days and they just have not scanned it. It is being sent from a pharmacy 2.5 hours from my house. Absolutely unacceptable. I will NEVER use this pharmacy again. Humana pushes this particular pharmacy and they will also hear from me.

0 Stars I am being harassed by Centerwell Pharmacy. They are ignoring multiple do not call list requests. I spent 10 minutes yesterday talking with them to stop calling, texting, and emailing. I was told I had been placed on the DNC list and even then at the end of the call she asked me when was the last time I refilled my Atorvistatin. I've never filled any preacription with them. Guess who just called me again!!

CenterWell Pharmacy is engaging in absolute financial misconduct. I called four days in a row trying to get my order. On the exact day it was supposed to arrive, they refused to deliver it, claiming I still have a past-due balance. This is completely false. Their own ledger clearly shows that they actually OWE ME refunds of $349, $349, and $150 because they double-charged me two separate times.To make matters worse, I was overcharged $499 instead of the $349 I was supposed to pay. After they processed my legitimate payment for $349 for my last order, they went into their system without my authorization and illegally ran a completely different card that I had on file for a "past due balance" that I didn't even know about. They ran a secondary card without my permission, double-charged me twice, overcharged my initial amount, and are now refusing to speak to me, look at their own ledger, or send me my vital medication. This is a dangerous violation of patient care and outright financial theft. Additionally one guy in accounts payable hung up on me because he just kept telling me that they had every right to withdraw the unauthorized payment and he didn't like me telling him that it was illegal and I would find a way to pursue charges if they did not either refund the money or what I really wanted was for them to ship my order out. Do not touch this place with a 10-foot pole I now use HEB and I almost feel like they were giving me fake medicine because the Auto inject pens that I've gotten from H-E-B the last 2 weeks have been so much stronger even though they're supposed to be exactly the same. They probably don't store their meds correctly judging by the way they handle everything else

Issued non functioning tracking numbers, conflicting order numbers, website useless for requesting orders and policies that do not make sense. Just a few issues.

I would give them a poorer score but 1 star is the lowest this goes. Their website stinks, its confusing as hell and the orders don't make sense. They take at least 10 days to fill an order and if you run out of medicine you are SOL. Since they are part of Humana I used them because my wife's medication is expensive ( and not covered of course) and was $100 cheaper than my local phramacy. I deeply regret it. Their call center is definitely overseas and all they can do is repeat apologies until you get tired and hang up. They don't solve any problems so don't waste your time. I will pay more next time and get the medication right away without stress of worry.

My real opinion would be 0 stars. Prescriptions sit at the logistic warehouse for 5 days with no movement. Customer service supervisor Jennifer can't tell you why or when you will get your Prescriptions. They can give a shit! If you have Prescriptions that your life depends on do not get them from Centerwell Pharmacy, they don't care if they get to you on time. Using USPS and FEDEX as your distribution carriers is a joke. They are the two worst distribution carriers a Pharmacy can use. Centerwell Pharmacy you need to start caring about your customers. I say let's file a class action lawsuit, maybe that would speed up the process.

I would give this pharmacy NO stars if I could. I have a prescription with them. My debit card was stolen so I had to update my payment information. The guy who answered my phone changed my email address to an incorrect one because he doesn’t understand English. Even though I updated my payment information I still get my prescription rejected every month because they don’t update it in their system! I have to call them EVERY SINGLE MONTH so they can say “Should we use the second card we have on file?” YOU HAVE IT ON FILE! IMBECILES!

THEY KEPT SENDING ACCUCKEK AVIVA PLUS TEST STRIPS WHICH I DON'T HAVE METER AND AUTO REFILL AT THEIR CONVENIENT .THEY CHARGE MEDICARE EACH TIME VERY EXPENSIVE I REQUESTED CANCELLATION FOR 3 MONTHS NOW. THINKING ABOUT REPORTING TO MEDICARE I FEEL THE PLACE IS INCOMPETENT AND LACKING KNOWLEDGE OR JUST DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS SERVICE
