Centerwell pharmacy has lied to me continuously. Also, their website is a mess. I couldn’t get into it so I had to call. They told me the copay on the drug I wanted was $2.16 and then I was charged $209.00. In addition, they sent it to an old address despite the agent confirming it would go to the new address. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy around. Will not be doing business with this crappie business

I am 49 years old and have had insurance my entire life, with extensive experience managing specialty medications. This has been, by far, the worst experience I have ever had with a specialty pharmacy. Coverage was not the issue—my prescriptions were approved. The problem was repeated delays, poor communication, and unnecessary barriers created by the customer service staff. Representatives were rude, arrogant, and unhelpful, often creating more problems instead of resolving them. This company wasted a significant amount of time—mine, my doctor’s, and my insurance provider’s—trying to fill a prescription that was already covered. I strongly recommend trusting the reviews. My experience confirms them.

The website prescription transfer from Humana to Centerwell Pharmacy does not work! I tried several times to enter my prescriptions directly into Centerwell Pharmacy as a new order. The system is unreliable. Although I have an order number, customer service cannot find the order. Forget about speaking to a supervisor, they are unavailable. Humana/Centerwell is a joke. With a 1.6 rating (Bad), you would think the Humana would fix the issue.

I recently had to change insurance companies and for online prescriptions I now need to use Centerwell. I have had nothing but issues while trying to get my prescriptions filled. I never had a problem with OptumRx. Almost 2 weeks of this issue and that issue. If using Humana, I recommend using a local pharmacy not Centerwell. Good luck to anyone using Centerwell!!

Horrible Customer Service – Medication Safety Issue I received my Xultophy delivery from CenterWell Pharmacy two days ago. Unfortunately, the package was not refrigerated upon receipt and was left unrefrigerated for approximately two days. When the package was finally opened, the ice packs were melted but still cool. Given that this is a temperature-sensitive medication, I contacted CenterWell Pharmacy to ask whether the medication was still safe to use or if a replacement was needed. After more than two days and over two hours total on the phone, being transferred repeatedly and speaking with multiple representatives who struggled to communicate in English, I was never given a clear answer. I ultimately had to contact the manufacturer myself to get guidance. The customer service was unacceptable. Representatives appeared to be reading from scripts and were clearly not trained to handle medication safety concerns. Because of this experience, I will not be renewing my prescription plan with Humana. Never again.

The website is a mess and makes using CENTERWELL a very unattractive alternative. I recently moved all my prescriptions to CENTERWELL and am sorry I did.

i am new with humana and centerwell is their mail in pharmacy. i recommend do not use them. it takes forever to gets your medications. i am still waiting on mine and i am out of medications. i called and ask for a supervisor. they said i did not need to talk to a supervisor because they would tell me the same thing. just really rude. they could care less if i am out of medication. they have been filling it for 4 days now. they keep telling me there is a process. i have never had this problem when i was with united healthcare they us OptumRx. when my doctor sent my prescriptions i got my meds within 3 days. dont dont dont use centerwell. i would rate them a negative 100. still waiting. my local pharmacy did fill a lot of my meds so i may just stay with sunflower.
