Complaint Regarding Delayed Life-Sustaining Medication CenterWell Pharmacy has provided extremely poor service regarding medication that I need to stay alive. I have been waiting for over a month for my prescription, despite calling every day to check on the status. Each time, I was told that I would receive it “in a few days,” but the medication never arrived. Because of this delay, I had to go to the emergency room to get the medication, and I suffered a mini-stroke while without it. This situation is unacceptable and dangerous. A pharmacy should never delay life-sustaining medication to the point that a patient’s health is put at serious risk. I am asking for an immediate explanation, accountability for what happened, and assurance that this will never happen again.

Stay away from these people. For the second time in a month it took 3 calls totalling almost an hour to get my previously scheduled medicine. Then they sent another medicine that I didn't order! Shame on you Humana!

First time and last time using them. Website sketchy..out of order so can not check..if you call them you are stuck talking to AI forever. A complete waste of time..A week to get meds is ridiculous...steer clear of here.

I would give Centerwell Parmacy if I could, but they don't accept 0 stars! My doctor prescribed a specific medication, which it turns out has to be filled by Centerwell's Specialty Pharmacy. After 2 weeks of not receiving any calls, emails, etc., I called Centerwell Pharmacy. After getting through to their Specialty Pharmacy, I was told that they do not cover this medication. I asked why they did not tell me or Centerwell Pharmacy. Their response was: "That is not part of our process!" I regret using Humana / Centerwell Pharmacy and will be switching in October to a company that is not so messed up!

Centerwell Pharmacy is the worst mail order company to work with. I had a perscription with 4 refills and they would not let me refill it . They had to call the Doctor. Told them im going back to my local CVS . Humana needs to rethink their partners .

Everything about using them is troublesome, from long hold times, representatives that speak poor English, to glitches in signing in and no ability to have it corrected to waiting online for 15 minutes just to try and pay for a prescription. As soon as possible I will be moving my Rx to my local pharmacy.

My PCP sent in a titration for an Rx on April 2nd. Since that date, it has been nothing but downhill service with Centerwell. I have constantly been on the phone with them either trying to find an order that listed as shipped, why I am not able to see my prescriptions online or why an order hasn't been shipped. The last straw was on 6/1...after calling and speaking to 4 different customer service representatives, we came to the same conclusion - we can't see my Rx or orders online and it's supposedly my fault that THEY don't have the Rx from my doctor even though THEY listed my doctor by name, office and address.

I see so many people complaining about CenterWell Pharmacy but they keep using them because they are cheap but very bad, if you really want a different service, change pharmacies. I understand that part of the problem is that they have people on the other end of the phone in Guatemala, the Philippines, Ireland, Jamaica, India, and Colombia. Just imagine our personal information, credit cards in the hands of foreigners.
