The most horrendous experience with a pharmacy during my lifetime of 70 years! Multiple phone calls per day, sending incorrect information telling us prescriber hasn’t reached them when they didn’t need to reach them as there were ample refill authorizations on file. Long shipping Times and wanting to upsell you on shipping for a shorter ship time. Constant messages asking if you want to put medications on auto refill, filling medications even when copays went over the pre authorized limit, and refusing to transfer prescriptions when requested. Talk about possible fraud. Someone needs to investigate this company . We are going elsewhere and eventhough we have new prescriptions that our provider had To call into another pharmacy because of their lack of Cooperation, they are still calling or sending messages

Don't depend on this "pharmacy" to get your meds correct or on time. My doctor sent a prescription order over 2 months ago - a refill that I was already taking. It was never filled. Their excuse "we were waiting for you to call & authorize it?" That makes no sense at all - I'm not the doctor!!! Then they proceed to tell me it will ship right away & I will receive it within 3-5 days (that was over a week ago & still not here). This is the 3rd problem I've had with centerwell & it will be my last. I'm finding a real pharmacy that can manage my medications (and I will also mention a representative that speaks English as a primary language, or at least one that is clear enough to understand). If you depend on your medications, as I do, DON'T USE CENTERWELL WHO IS THE BOTTOM OF THE BARREL!!!

I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a prescription that I desperately need. I spoke with a pharmacist 5 days ago that promised overnight delivery of a medication. Checked the tracking and there is still no expected date of delivery. They will definitely lose both myself and my husband as customers next open enrollment.

YOU SUCK! I am running high fever, I am having chills in 90 degree weather. I need my antibiotics for my kidney infection. It won't clear until I get them. It has been 5 days now with no light at the end of the tunnel. If I die, I hold your pharmacy completely responsible!!

I signed up with Centerwell Pharmacy for mail order delivery of my prescriptions. I specifically signed up for auto refill. They didn’t refill my prescriptions. I called and asked them to rush order my prescription and agreed to pay $9.98 for the rush delivery. They finally mailed my prescriptions by regular delivery. I switched back to CVS because they actually refill on time. Now Humana/Centerwell incessantly mails, texts and calls me. Maybe spend some of the money you’re wasting on marketing a terrible service to improve the service?

CenterWell Pharmacy discriminate against me and will not send me my medication even though I have repeatedly explained to them the situation that I have my primary insurance does not cover my medication but Humana, which is my secondary does every month I have to fight with them about the fact that I don’t have an approval from my primary insurance even though I tell them over and over again and have given them override numbers from Humana that says they should override the primary insurance and that they will cover the medication after 2 to 3 weeks of screwing around with them. They finally give me my medication. I need this medication to breathe without it. I cannot breathe. People may notice that if you can’t breathe you drop dead. The people there are inept. They don’t listen. They don’t say do what they say. They say they call you back. They don’t call you back. I will never ever have this insurance again because it is a pain in the ass and certainly after four months they ought to be able to figure this out. They are disgusting and they’re cheating seniors out of the benefits that they have for every 2 to 3 weeks. They cut out one of my medication months so that I don’t have coverage for a full year. I only get coverage for eight or nine months when I should have 12 this Company should be embarrassed with how if they are. I’m going to report them to the insurance bureau for the crappy customer service and the way that they treat us in their happy little voices.

CenterWell Pharmacy delayed my prescription for more than two weeks. They kept saying it would arrive in a day or two. I called three times and was told there was nothing wrong and I should expect my prescription on time. The last time i called I was told that they were waiting for an authorization from my doctor. This was the fourth month that I was ordering this prescription and each time paid out of pocket. They should have noticed that and not been trying to get a doctor authorization for something that isn’t covered by insurance. Or at the very least they should have called me. Very disappointing, terrible customer service.
