I regret even using this website. I can’t login to schedule my medication delivery. I keep getting an error message. According to Reddit, this issue has been ongoing for over 40 days!!! They sure as hell charged my credit card though and now I’m not sure if I’ll ever be able to get my medication delivery. I guess they just take people’s money and don’t provide the service?!?!

As others have said - the WORST - the ABSOLUTE WORST
As others have said, I'd give it a zero or a minus if that were possible. When I first started with Centerwell, I expected service like I had previously received from ExpressScripts. The doctor would send in the script, and in a day or two they'd be telling me they were processing it.
Not Centerwell. That first time, there was no word for a week. I talked with Centerwell. They said they had nothing. Spoke with the Doctor. They HAD sent it in over a week before. They re-sent the script. A month later - really! A month later - I saw that they were processing the first script and the second script was on hold because it was sent in "too soon".
Next time my doctor sent in scripts, they were sent in on May 27. Neither Centerwell employees (who I called to ask for status) or the app had any knowledge of the scripts as of June 10. Instead, they told me they can submit a request to find out if the scripts were "under review". Near the end of June I received the scripts. It took almost a month for they to process the scripts.
Then about 5 days ago I received a script I did not order, as I'm no longer taking that script. The web site status for that script tells me they'll "let me know when to expect it when they get tracking data". Meanwhile, I've had that script in my hands for 5 days.
And -- somehow they processed, and I RECEIVED, THREE bottles of 90-days worth of one script -- in ONE SHIPMENT - 270 days worth of pills in June, when I just started getting that script from Centerwell in MARCH!
Medicare has this service costing the least -- and all other plans are $20+ dollars a month.
You absolutely get what you pay for.
What do I do when my total cost of my scripts each month is maybe $3? Do I pay $20 each month to get my cheap scripts? Maybe so, if it means NOT having to deal with the worst pharmacy company that I've ever had to deal with. Our coverage-change period cannot come soon enough!

It has been over 5 m-6 weeks and we…
It has been over 5-6 weeks and we have never received any medications for my mother after trying to switch her from Omnicare to Centerwell. This is in spite of multiple efforts by me, the assisted living medical staff, and the NP. We have had to fill her meds through the local pharmacy. I have made at least three calls. The last one was well over a week ago and I was told that her Rx’s would be expedited within 5-7 days. We have received nothing. I was moving to Centerwell pharmacy because my parents have Humana but we will go back to Omnicare. This is dangerous for an elderly patient. I am absolutely disgusted. H Varner, MD

Centerwell Pharmacy needs to fire people
I have prescription in at Centerwell Pharmacy and they sent me a text to set up a date for delivery. I did that and they waited till the next day that was a holiday to tell me that they can't go through with the order because they don't have my payment information. What the hell have they been using for the last several months that I've been getting it refilled. whoever's working for Centerwell Pharmacy doing this job should be fired for doing an incompetent job. I'm tired of your stupid games, but I'm gonna let others know that you do not support people who use your products. You're only in it for the money you could care less how other people feel. Dealing with your company is depressing knowing that there are a lot of incompetent people working there especially the person who sent me the email.

If I could give it a zero I could
If I could give it a zero I would. I have a Medicare Advantage plan through Humana that gives me $200 per quarter for OTC products through CenterWell. I’ve tried their website and the CenterWell app and neither allow me to access to the products. I’m only offered prescription services but we like our pharmacy, it offers free delivery and we don’t want to change, but it would be nice to use our OTC benefits. Probably won’t renew with Humana because of this issue.

Tried to access the site for OTC…
Tried to access the site for OTC purchase, utilizing the monthly allotted expenditure. Once I sign in it kicks me out to another link where OTC purchase is not available. Spoke to a rep, who didn’t speak anything close to English. She informed me the issues was due to system maintenance for the last two weeks. When I mentioned I have tried for 45 days with no luck, once again, due to system maintenance. I asked when system maintenance is scheduled to be over, she replied “it’s ongoing” meaning you are shit out of luck. Horrible pathetic service and I feel it’s a scam looking to exploit so caveat emptor!

I have called and spoken to Centerwell…
I wish that I could give a negative star on their review.
I have called and spoken to Centerwell and NovoCare twice about receiving a statement that is saying that I owe $149.00 91-120 days past due!!
In order to receive the Wegovy 4mg tablets.
I ordered over the phone both times and they will not fill or send the order until you pay the amount ahead of time. The statement says that they have at least 8 orders including Wegovy pen 4 packs which I NEVER ordered.
After I spoke with 3 different people between Centerwell and NovoCare and then to a rude collection agent who wants me to send proof from our bank statement showing that I paid this balance.
As I said, you have to prepay for the prescription BEFORE they process and ship it to you !! I told them to take me to court so that I can show the judge my proof of payments and show the trumped up charges on my statement.

Pay extra and go to your local pharmacy. ( If you can).
This is the second time in a month that I cannot get a prescription filled from Center Well Pharmacy blaming it on the insurance company.
One I have to transfer back to my Publix store and they refilled it within a day.
I had the same issue again this week, they blame the insurance company, but when I called my primary care physician, they had it straightened out within five minutes.
I will send all of my prescriptions over to Publix in the future. They are just not worth the aggravation.
