I entered an order for OTC meds on Saturday 07/04/26. Taking into account the holiday weekend, I consider the order placed on 07/06. Their standard line is "Delivery in 5 to 7 days from the date of order". On 07/09 it hadn't been shipped yet so inquired and was assured by a Customer Care Advocate that it would be shipped that day. On 07/11, I again checked the status, and it still hadn't been shipped, and the advocates don't work weekends. (!) This is at least the third time over the past few years when they have completely blown it. I don't have a choice because Centerwell is attached to my Medicare provider Humana. But if you're considering selecting Centerwell independently, I would say in no uncertain terms, run in the other direction. Horrible service.

I am not able to able to access my account online, and customer support is unable to help. I have called three separate times over the course of the past two months and each time, I've been told that they have "escalated" my online account issue to someone, but I haven't heard anything back, and I still can't log in. So now I must call customer support each month to process my prescription over the phone instead of being able to do it online.

Centerwell Pharmacy is a garbage service full of disrespectful people who flat out lie to their customers and refuse service to those who depend on them for necessary medications. I wrote a longer review before but it was "flagged" for my wording. So I'll try putting it in a different way. A non-human could do their job more efficiently and with better tact. If they weren't being propped up through an insurance program. They wouldn't be in business at all.

Prescriptions take a ridiculous amount of time to ship since they ship through USPS. So typically you will not get your medication in time before your last prescription runs out. I received an order where I ordered one product, however four of the same items were sent which exhausted my balance. Customer service is quite incompetent. They put you on hold for 15 to 20 minutes while they check for an answer that they knew when they got on the phone just to waste time. Humana should to do better in selecting pharmacies. And although they say shipping is free, it’s included in the price of the product. Toothpaste doesn’t cost seven dollars for a small tube.

When calling in the rep that answers has a baby screaming in the background. My doctor advised me to call and speak with the pharmacist (big mistake). The rep demanded to know why I was calling the pharmacist. When I gave him an overview he began to attempt to solve an issue he wasn't qualified to. He placed me on hold several times and tried to change his voice in an attempt to fool me that someone else came to the phone. Eventually transferred me over to a pharmacy tech, who attempted to solve an issue before listening to what it actually was. In the end nothing was accomplished except being told its not their procedure to communicate with a physician that send over a prescription. This is not comforting at all, showing "care" is not their business practice.

My comments are pretty much same as all other reviews. These guys are terrible. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!!!!

I’ve called three times over a span of three weeks to make sure I got my refill in time. Now my medication has lapsed and no sign of the medication. They told me my prescription is processing for the last several weeks and cannot give any timeline. When I asked to speak with someone else, I was told that was the process, even though they had previously said it should only process for 24-48 hours. They would not let me speak with anyone else to confirm that my medication was actually be worked on. They offered no follow up or even to check on the medication. Very frustrating.
