Total Mix-up, Wasted time and effort
Since I went to Centerwell Pharmacy at the start of the year, it's been a total circus. First I was told that one of my meds was $1,000 for a 30 day supply. Prescrip is 1 tab twice daily. They showed that each of the 2 tabs were different formulations. One was zero copay and one was $1,000.00. When I suggested it must be a paperwork mixup, they argued that no it couldn't be a mixup. Bearing in mind, no one has English as their first language. It took many phone calls, each time having to go 6 rounds with a ROBOT in order to reach a human being. Today (JULY 30), I finally got it straightened out and find that ALL of my prescriptions are a zero copay. Twice this year, they sent me a bill for $9.00 for one of my other meds, which I paid. I never had a copay for any of my meds, until I wound up with Centerwell -- I was completely ready to change everything rather than having to work with this company. Just today, I spoke with 3 robots and 4 agents. I FINALLY got to someone who made things right, but why did it take that much time and effort for something so simple.
