Caution: Please read before purchasing/items not as advertised
Update 10/1: I was given a return to my credit card in the amount of $375. This discount off my initial purchase is only about 1/3 of what I spent. 3 of the items purchased are not wearable due to a pinkish hue where the initial '925 silver finish' used to be. It looks awful. As frustrating as the cost was for fake jewelry, my biggest concern is that the items I received were not as advertised and the company was not willing to acknowledge this. They did not acknowledge the 'exclusions' to their return policy and the exclusions are not on their website. They repeatedly asked me to remove my review. I have no desire to hurt a business who is honest. I do not feel that this is right when others may purchase with hard earned money and receive items that are not as described I was genuinely excited to give Celorist a chance. I was initially skeptical about purchasing replica jewelry, but after my first order arrived and appeared to be good quality, I was impressed enough to place a second order. I purchased matching pieces for my two daughters and another ring for myself. In total, I purchased three Tiffany Knot rings at $240 each and three Tiffany T True Wide rings at $240 each, spending approximately $958 altogether. That is a significant amount of money for replica jewelry, so I expected the products to live up to the quality claims made on the Celorist website. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I gave my daughters their rings as a special gift. After wearing them for about a week, both of them noticed that their skin was becoming discolored where the rings were worn. After wearing my Tiffany Knot ring for a few weeks, the finish began tarnishing and losing its silver coloring. The same thing happened to my daughters' rings. I contacted Celorist customer support, and I want to be fair in saying that the customer service representative I worked with was very kind and helpful. However, I was extremely disappointed with the resolution. Celorist's website specifically makes the following claims about these products: **Materials & Craftsmanship** • Material: Pure 925 sterling silver, expertly coated in 18K gold for a radiant, lasting finish. • Diamonds: Set with Swarovski diamonds for exceptional brilliance and clarity. • Details: Dimensions and engravings are crafted with precision, achieving up to 98% similarity to the original design. • Weight: Thoughtfully balanced for comfortable daily wear. • Durability: Waterproof, tarnish-resistant, and non-reactive, will not turn your skin green. The website also states: "Can I return or exchange my order? Yes. We offer 30-day Return & Refund if you're not satisfied." When I requested a refund because the products were not performing as advertised, I was told that a refund could not be provided because I had received a discount on my purchases. There was nothing on the website, at the time of my purchase, that stated discounted purchases were excluded from the 30-day refund policy. I was offered replacement jewelry instead, but I was not interested in receiving additional pieces. I had already purchased six items, and all six had experienced problems. I wanted a refund for the products that did not meet the claims made on the website. After going back and forth with customer support, I was ultimately given a $137.50 refund for two of the rings, despite spending nearly $1,000 in total. What makes this especially disappointing is that if one of the six pieces had had an isolated issue, I would have been much more understanding. But all six pieces experienced problems—including tarnishing and/or skin discoloration—within a very short period of time. I understand that these are replica pieces. I wasn't expecting them to be identical to authentic Tiffany jewelry. But I was expecting them to be made from the materials advertised and to perform reasonably close to the claims made by the company, particularly when each ring costs $240. I've purchased $20 rings from Amazon that have held up better for months without tarnishing, despite not making the same quality and durability claims. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing these particular rings. I cannot speak to the quality of every product Celorist sells, but my experience with these six pieces has been extremely disappointing. For me, the biggest issue isn't simply that the jewelry tarnished. It's that the products did not appear to perform as advertised, and when I brought that concern to the company within their stated 30-day return period, I was not given the refund their website indicated was available. I really wanted to love Celorist. Unfortunately, after spending nearly $1,000 and having all six pieces show problems within weeks, I would not purchase from them again.

Dear Christin, We wanted to provide an update for transparency and to ensure complete clarity for our community. Following our initial resolution, we have fully processed a second refund of $237.50, bringing the total refund issued to $375.00 across your orders. This fully completes a 100% resolution for the items in question. While 925 sterling silver can occasionally tarnish or react depending on skin pH and external elements, we deeply regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. We always aim to stand behind our policy and ensure our customers feel heard and supported. Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you and your family all the best.
