Katherine is literally amazing! When my package arrived, I was super excited to open it. When I did, I quickly found out that they had ship the wrong ring to me. I reached out to Katherine and she expressed her apologies to me and made sure that the correct ring will ship out to me. To the customer service and to the quality of the jewelry, I am super impressed! I will be ordering more!!

Updated review: We have purchased a few products from Celorist, and couldn't be happier with the watch! Our initial purchase of a Tiffany and Co TIFFANY T Diamond Wire Ring was also great, but we had an issue with the ring. Celorist was very helpful, professional, and quick to help us to resolve the issue, and we are pleased with the end results. Thank you. My initial review is below: Take a leap of faith and believe! So far, we've only purchased one item, but from the packaging to the ring itself, they're beautiful! We'll definitely purchase some other items!

I was pleasantly surprised when I recieved my Bvlgari Serpenti bracelet. It was beautiful and the craftsmanship is superb. I read the reviews prior to ordering and and was even more impressed after opening my package. It also came with the bvlgari box, bag & documents. I encourage anyone on the fence to try them. The customer service rep Katherine was extremely attentive and continued to keep me updated even after I recieved my bracelet checking to make sure i was pleased with it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
