This is great cell phone shop I purchase my first phone from then over 13 years ago and they still around this will mean something good cell phone with great customer service will keep buying from them

Very fast shipping item as described cell phone I ordered Kyocera e4811 phone arrive brand new unlocked and in original box they shipped by usps priority shippjng

Cell phone was clearly used, although the sales listing did not state it as so. There was no grading system in place for a used/refurbished device in the listing either so I deducted 2 stars for the omissions. On the plus side, the phone appears to be fully functional so far and the shipping was prompt and the item arrived well packed. Additionally, this was the exact make and model I ordered so they get another star for accuracy. So this is why I graded them at 3 out of 5 stars.

They sent me a phone that was different from the advertisement. It didn't work on my network. I had to pay the shipping for the exchange, lost time driving to the Post Office, and lost about 2 weeks overall. I asked to be compensated for shipping (not my time) and got ghosted. The eventual phone did match the description.

These guys are leagues ahead of the phone selling market. When buying phones it's always hard to find a good deal but when you do it's probably shady. But with these guys I finally hit the target in finding the right source from now on! They are excellent guys with awesome customer service and they ship out orders efficiently. Moreover they don't try to shove protections and subscriptions into your face too which I appreciate.

I was supposed to get my a23 phone on the 22 then the 24 of august.didnt get it.now they said I'll get it on the 27 of aug.rediculouse.
