Ben Wallace owner of Cellaraiders is absolutely amazing on service, quite a lost art in many industries, actually. His wine offerings are plentiful and second to none for any serious (red) wine lover. If you haven't read the WSJ's recent piece on Ben and Cellaraiders you should Google it. Great story, great wine, great guy. And again, great service!

Ordered some rare port from Ben and he found what I was looking for, held it until it was safe to ship (temps weren't in the 90's!), and then shipped as promised with no problems to Alaska. Everything packed well and arrived in excellent condition. Highly recommended.
