After ordering through a third party app, Cellaraiders contacted me the next day to ensure they had my order correctly. They also suggested they not ship immediately due to hot weather on their end. I've heard of merchants who ship regardless of weather and the possible wine damage, so it was refreshing to know Cellaraiders cares!!

I had emailed Ben several times about finding a particular wine. He happened to have it, and I purchased it from him. He was responsive and thoughtful in his messages to me. He waited to send my wine until the weather cooled down. I would recommend his site to anyone who is looking for a hard to find bottle of wine.
