Please stay away from these people for your own sake. They wasted 2 months of my time and I still didn't get all my money back. First of all their phones are NOT new, but either reburbished or used. I ordered HTC one mini and they sent me a different brand of a used HD2 that was released 5 years ago, then upon my next attempt to get the proper phone, they sent me an old used HTC mini with scratches and the previous owner's info was still in the phone! each time it took them forever to send it, I had to wait up to 2 weeks to receive each phone regardless of paying extra shipping. Their customer service is awful. I tried cancelling the order to get a refund and they said this cannot be done since the phone was already shipped. Then I found out that shipping did not take place until after that conversation. When I gave them a second chance to send me the proper phone I repeated several times not to send me an old phone and even wrote them a letter, and they still sent me used. They are too disorganized down to the point of giving me the wrong tracking #, and you actually have to request to get the tracking #, otherwise they keep you in the dark. Upon several attempts at cancelling my order to get a refund, they made up stories how "the management cannot be reached at this time" and Ill just have to wait. What's more is they dont use proper shipping boxes but send the phone itself in a plastic bag as the cheapest alternative and basically saving up pennies for themselves at the cost of their customers time and well being. I really dont know how a company like this can be in business. They do have a good looking webiste,,, to give them one lonely star,. But now they had promised me a refund, but the phone was lost somewhere during shipping and theres no way to find out If I would ever get it or not. Save yourself the trouble and order from somebody with good credentials. This was the "WORST" online shopping experience I ever had.

I bought a phone on a Saturday and paid for overnight ups shipping. I called multiple times over the week to ask about the order and was told over the phone multiple times that it had been shipped. I requested that the order be canceled if it had not been shipped yet, via phone and email, but was assured that it had already left the warehouse. On Thursday they told me that they had actually just shipped it, but they shipped it standard ground and that it wouldn't get to me until Saturday. The tracking number I was given did not work. I received my phone in an unmarked black box. I emailed three times before getting a receipt for the refunded shipping and today, two weeks later, it has still not posted to my account.

I ordered a Blackberry Q10 on 31 December 2013 from Canada and until now, after about 6 months, I did not receive it. I called them many times from abroad and sent many emails. They say that my order is sent two times on January and on February by UPS. After asking many times since January, they sent 2 USPS tracking numbers, instead of UPS!! I contacted the USPS customer service and I found out these tracking numbers belong to two boxes delivered on April 2014 (neither January, nor February) in the US and in Estonia, instead of Canada!! After more than 5 months, they never sent my phone. I no longer want this old model and want since one month ago a total reimbursement, but they do not do! Before ordering on this scam site, please refer to the negative references.

Refurbished phones , carefull guys do not order from them!!! I order 16 gb iphone black , they send me a white one open box, warranty expired phone was used , they change cover on back part of the phone! Maybe they are stolen!Dont order from this site please!They ask me to send phone back, but how I can know they will refund my money?! If anyone can help me to solve this problem!?

I should have suspected something when my bank called me to make sure I had authorized a payment to them. You can get cheaper and better with fast free shipping at a trusted well-known site like Amazon

After my experience, I believe that purchasing a phone from Cell2get.com is a gamble. It took me 78 days to receive the correct model and new phone I purchased. I purchased a new Samsung Galaxy Nexus Mobile Phone Model SPHL700KIT on 4/12/2013 and paid for FedEx Ground delivery. I received the wrong model phone 10 days later on 4/22/2013. (FedEx Ground shows 2 days from Brooklyn to the Chicago area). The phone was NOT Shipped FedEx Ground as paid for, but standard USPS First Class mail. I contacted Cell2get.com and spoke with Melvin. He said he would get a replacement phone out expedited and shipped to my work address. After numerous calls and emails to Melvin and an additional 23 days later, I received a replacement phone on 5/18/213. The replacement phone was: - Not shipped expedited as agreed - It was shipped USPS First Class mail - Not shipped to the updated work address as agreed - REMANUFACTURED and NOT NEW as advertised on the Cell2get.com web page subsequent emails and calls to Melvin The replacement phone's battery cover was used and it did not fit correctly due to broken snaps. After many calls and emails to Melvin at Cell2get.com, I understood from Melvin at Cell2get.com that he believes remanufactured is new. After Melvin agreed to replace this remanufactured phone with a verified new one, it finally arrived via USPS First class mail an additional 28 days later on 6/29/2013. It was the correct phone and appears to be new but the box and phone were opened. (not sealed). The replacement phone was not shipped expedited and did not arrive at my work address as agreed. It arrived USPS First class mail shipped inside a USPS Priority Mail padded envelope turned inside out. -The price dropped $15 to $304.99 and there was no effort by Melvin at Cell2get.com to adjust the price. -The FedEx shipping $10.32 was not credited -The return shipping of 2 phones @ $24.84 to Melvin at Cell2get.com (due to Cell2get.com fault) was not credited or adjusted -Items were never shipped FedEx as paid for -USPS tracking numbers are generated days before the package is received at the USPS orgin facility -USPS Priority Mail padded envelopes are turned inside out and used to ship (slower) USPS 1st Class Mail -Remanufactured phones are being sold as new and Cell2get.com doesn't seem to understand he difference My opinion based on my experience - look else where to purchase a phone.

STOP! Do NOT for one moment even consider buying from this vendor. Dishonest, sleazy. I bought a new phone - they substituted a lesser version and it has dings on it. I spent extra for 2 day delivery, I got it in 7 days. I went to sites where they had positive reviews - I'm sure they wrote every one of them, including those on this site. Should have checked with the Better Business Bureau, learned a valuable lesson. Will use ebay in the future - they have policies to keep this from happening. DO NOT BUY FROM cell2get!

"I ordered a phone and requested for overnight shipment. When I called two days later for a status I requested to cancel the order and was told the order had shipped already. The shipping company and tracking information was not correct. I then called the following day and was told the order was indeed cancelled and they were waiting for the package to be turned around. However, four days later a package arrived with a post mark date after the date we cancelled. All the information given by the customer service rep over the course of the three days were all lies. The package never shipped on the date stated and now they have charged up after the fact. The customer rep was extremly unfriendly and in fact found it amusing that he had been lying. DO NOT purchase from Cell2get
