Most businesses, especially cell phones or cars or that type of thing, dont value you. They dont want your life story, they just want to make the sale. I own a small business so i totally get this. I have several phones from AT&T and the quality has always been good but it was th3e service from Cell2get which surprised me. They didnt rush me. They didnt insist on anything. Their policies are understandable and explicit to the customer, their warrantees are always there, and the quality/shipment of the phone is new quality. The only thing which wasn't spit on was that I ordered a case and that the case arrived 5 days later. Probably had "fragile" written on it for no reason. Whatever the case, the customer service was just that and the phone has never treated me so well. Great business overall.

Granted I wanted a lot but this time Cell2get came up just short of hitting the grand prize. I shop from cell2get repeatedly and am never disappointed. This time I wanted a Lg phone with extended battery, car charger, and an otter box. They didnt even have otter boxes at the time but were going to order one for me! Everything came on time and I was met with the same reliability as usual from these guys but when the phone came it was scratched up. Mainly on the back. This was noticeable because its a cool white phone. I used the otter box to hide this but it still was unfortunate that this occured. Might have been a shipping issue. Still a great retailer and am looking forward to shopping from them again.

So i needed a cell phone and I needed it now. I've been talking to all my friends. Rhonda didn't like the color, Kelly didn't like the shape, no one could agree on a way to help me. Also nobody was even acting close to a professional about it. I was getting worried so I called up cell2get after I saw their advertising online some time ago. These guys felt me and felt how i feel. Within 3 minutes I knew exactly how I wanted my Galaxy S5 to be. I wanted the charger, car charger, headphones, the whole deal. i felt like I was eating a Big Mac I just made myself! The guys there were great and kind and I would absolutely go back again. The only problem is that I paid for 3-day shipping since I wanted this thing right away and instead it came a little after a full week. That sucked but it might not have even been their faulty cause the post office can be dumb sometimes. Don;t matter. I'm glad these guys are around when I need them again.

My boyfriend broke his phone last week so I hopped on Google to research the most reliable place to get it fixed & here we are. I'm so happy to report that this place lives up to the reviews. We were in and out within an hour - and his screen & lcd look and seem good as new. I definitely recommend this place, it was the cheapest and the highest rated of the few other spots I called & we are def happy with the results! ANDDD they hooked us both up with a discount on tempered glass screen protectors & bumpers just for stopping in! the phone started acting up again about a week after they had fixed it so we went back in with the original receipt and I'm happy to report they honored their 90 days warranty with no questions asked! Unfortunately he broke his phone AGAIN since then (his mistake not theirs), but opted to replace the phone itself this time so I can't say whether or not the lcd would've held up better the second time but I can say that it was very comforting being able to score that repair (of the repair) free of charge - can't knock a company that guarantees their work! Thanks guys! We will be back when... Er.. I mean if - he breaks his iPhone+ any time in the future

i had an issue with an order that was not the fault of cell2get, and they corrected the issue immediately. They are quick to respond to emails and offer personalized service. Their pricing on all of the items I ordered was better than anyone else on the shopping search from google. This was only my 2nd order from them, but each time they responded to sales questions, and the issue with this order, immediately. It was easy to get in contact with them and they were quick to show there's a human behind the website and they care about customer service. They'll be my first stop for all future orders, even if they're priced a little higher. You just don't find this level of service today.

It sure beats spending an entire day going from store to store looking for what you want. The web site is well organized and easy to use.

I purchased an unlocked phone and it was NOT unlocked. i contact the store spoke with Wilson and he helped me to get my phone unlocked. after a week turn out its not working correctly with my service provider i called cell2get again and they offer a refund i send the phone back to them they called me and helped me to choose another phone for my service provider i received the phone and its works great
