Cell2Get IncReviews of cell2get.com

Do NOT purchase from this merchant. I was looking to buy a new Pixel 3 XL and found one on their website. What I was actually sold was a used Pixel 3XL. Nothing in the description on the website indicated it was used or refurbished. When it arrived in a box that was not a pixel box that should have set off alarm bells. About a month after I received it and activated it I started having problems. Bluetooth would crash every 5 to 10 seconds and this would turn off wifi and mobile data. The phone was unusable. I called Google technical support and they looked up the phone by IMEI number and they told me it was registered to someone else. I am trying to return the phone to get my money back. I will update with further details

I shopped for a cellphone here and after 20 days they sent a phone with less storage. And it was a gift so I didn't open the phone in time to do the exchange. The whole experience was the worst one I had so far. Will never go this website to buy a phone. They did not even package it in a proper box - and it had no headset. Can't repeat it enough the worst place to shop for the phones.

They promised a new (blue) Note 9, regular shipping 3-5 days. I called after 10 days, they indicated they'd ship the following Friday. They shipped a used Note 9 in black, I received the unit 3 weeks after ordering. I was then told to ship it back at my expense with a promise to cover shipping costs. Not a chance. Not with the word of a company that has been deceptive from the start. Wish I'd read the reviews but at a glance they seem good. I wouldn't do business with them again (obviously)

THE OWNERS OF THIS COMPANY ARE scam artists who sell you one thing, deliver something totally different from what you ordered THEN once you return the wrong thing they sent, they refuse to issue you a credit for your initial purchase. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!

Don't waste your time. I placed an order first thing Monday morning with express shipping. waited two days for them to tell me that the item was out of stock and now, 3 days later, I'm still waiting for the $700 to be re deposited into my account

BUYERS BEWARE!! CELL 2 GET.COM IS NOT TOO NICE WHEN IT COMES TO REFUNDING UR MONEY.. YOU WILL NOT GET THE FULL AMOUNT OF UR PURCHASE SO BEFORE U ORDER MAKE SURE U WANT TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!

We ordered a phone and paid $48.17 for overnight delivery. The order was placed on 7/16/19. The status and email indicated it was shipped on 7/17/19. The USPS label shows it was shipped on 7/18/19 and was shipped 2-day priority mail. They refused to refund my full shipping for overnight delivery of $48.17 and was very nasty with me over the phone. I would not recommend them or will do business with them again especially if you want a phone quickly or good customer service. My email concerning my complaint - I paid $48.17 for overnight delivery. The phone was ordered late the evening on 7/15 with the expectation that it would be shipped overnight on 7/16 to arrive on 7/17. We were ok with a later arrival date of 7/18 with it not going out until on 7/17 as indicated in the email below. However, the USPS postage stamp shows a shipment date of 7/18 and was shipped priority 2-day not overnight. It arrived on Saturday 7/20; four days after we expected it. Paying the difference between 2-day and overnight is not acceptable. I did not get what I paid for - overnight shipping at a cost of $48.17. I have no respect for your company and how you do business.

Run by a couple of liars. They gave me random tracking numbers for other packages when they knew they hadn't sent my phone. Lied on the phone, lied on emails. Terrible people. You will be lucky if you get your phone. Many other websites to choose from, just don't use these yoyo's.
