After I placed the order and was told it had shipped time was going by and I still had not received my new phone; as my business depends on customers reaching me I need to have a working phone. When more time than quoted went by I contacted customer service, the owner of the company responded right away, got the phone sent out with expedited shipping at no charge!! We all make mistakes at one time or another, but what gets my attention is a company that goes above and beyond to make it right and the customer happy; Cell2Get is that company!!

Good phone but very hard to get hold of customer service try to call them many times. But keep getting voicemail but when the phone finally arrived it's just what I wanted. Please pick up your phone when customer calling. Next time you might get 5 stars

The phone arrive but wasn't working I had to call them to get RMA they issued one and shipped a replacement overnight got the phone working as it should

Phone arrive 2 days later I contact customer service they refunded my shipping cost so I am happy at least did not have for shipping

Phone arrive 3 days late contact c2g they refunded my shipping cost

Phone recoved but was locked had to call customer service to get the unlock code had to wait extra day

I received my replacement cell phone and it was in excellent working condition. Thank you very much for a very good product, and I hope we can continue to do business with each other in the future. I thank you for your time, patience and support.

my first order with this company was smooth I had an issue with the 2nd order the phone came and it was missing usb cable I contact the company and the usb cable arrived the next day
